Many outsourcing-business transactions are analyzed using normalized EBITDA × an assumed valuation multiple. That creates an indicative enterprise value, not a guaranteed price, formal valuation or a confirmed market multiple.
The calculator below starts with annual EBITDA, optional substantiated normalization adjustments and editable low/high valuation multiples. It then illustrates a simplified equity bridge after net debt and a working-capital adjustment.
Every numerical input is supplied by you. The calculator does not retrieve confidential accounts, assume a prevailing BPO-market multiple, store inputs or send them to us.
Interpreting your result
- Normalized EBITDA is a working estimate after documented adjustments, not a substitute for audited earnings.
- Enterprise value reflects assumed business operations before cash/debt and negotiated working-capital treatment.
- Equity value is a simplified illustration after net debt and a working-capital adjustment, not the final consideration under a sale agreement.
- Negative earnings, irregular profitability, major client concentration, disputed adjustments, weak retention or rapid AI-related service changes may make an EBITDA-multiple approach unreliable.
Which assumptions should you challenge?
Customer concentration: If one or two customers account for most revenue, retention and contract assignability can matter more than a headline multiple.
Revenue quality: Compare recurring retained clients with one-off campaigns; inspect revenue recognition, currency exposure and receivables.
People and delivery: Attrition, key managers, compliance, data protections and service-level obligations affect continuity.
Automation and AI: Human-agent hours alone may not support historical earnings. Assess whether automation displaces contracts, reduces cost, changes pricing or creates differentiation.

Worked example (illustrative, not a market comparable)
If hypothetical normalized EBITDA is PHP 5,000,000, a user-entered assumed 3×–5× range produces illustrative enterprise value of PHP 15,000,000–25,000,000. These multiples are simply arithmetic examples, not researched prevailing prices. A negotiated transaction requires evidence, comparable deals and advisers.
Official and primary documents relevant to diligence include SEC filing requirements and Philippine rules applicable to the specific business.
